'05 - '25 KLX110 Shift Arm Brace
Protect your shift shaft from bending with this CNC machined 6061 billet aluminium shift shaft brace. Designed to add extra support to the exposed shift shaft, this brace helps reduce flex and the risk of costly transmission repairs caused by a bent shift shaft.
Featuring a bronze bushing for smooth support and increased durability, it is a simple bolt-on upgrade for improved reliability and longevity.
Installation is straightforward — remove the shifter and two ignition cover bolts, slide the brace over the shift shaft, and reinstall the bolts to secure it in place. Minor trimming may be required to fit with the OEM plastic sprocket cover, or it can be paired with an aftermarket billet sprocket cover for improved clearance.
Important Notes:
- Will not fit if the shift shaft is already bent — shaft must be straightened or replaced before installation.
- Minor modification to the OEM plastic sprocket cover may be required for clearance.
