All sales are shipped via AusPost to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Enjoy FREE AusPost Express shipping on orders over $70 AUD. We will provide a tracking number within 2 business days to keep you updated on your order's progress.
Unfortunately due to location and availability, we do not offer local pickup at this time.
Back Orders
If an item is available for back order, it is estimated to arrive to our warehouse in 10-15 business days before being express posted to your designated address.
You will receive an estimated time of arrival to our warehouse 2 business days after ordering, followed by a tracking number once the item arrives and ready to be sent to your designated address.
If a tracking number has not been provided, back orders can be cancelled for no cost. Once a tracking number is provided, our normal returns policy below applies
Returns
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
